Jim Spontarelli is the founder and president of Modbuildr, a modular home building company serving Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and surrounding markets. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to customer success, Jim has built a reputation for simplifying what is often one of the most complex and stressful purchases a family will ever make - a new home.

Before launching Modbuildr, Jim held leadership positions with both a nationally recognized modular manufacturer and a respected custom home builder in the Washington, D.C. region. His experience spans every stage of the building process, from land evaluation and project planning to factory production, module installation, site development, and final completion. Few professionals in the industry possess the same combination of sales, operational, and field construction experience.

Throughout his career, Jim recognized a recurring challenge: many prospective homeowners were overwhelmed by the complexity of building a home and lacked a trusted advocate to guide them through the process. He founded Modbuildr to bridge that gap, creating a customer-focused company that combines the efficiency of modular construction with the personalized service of a custom builder.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, an Associate’s degree in Biotechnology, and an extensive work history in the corporate world. Despite her success in the corporate world, her passion has always been interior design. Her overall goal is to change people’s lives by creating beautiful spaces that reflect who her clients are, incorporating the things that they love, their cultures, heritage, and families.
